No. Browsing and buying agents from the catalog never costs credits — those are two-sided payments handled through Stripe checkout, not your wallet. Credits are only spent when you call a hosted agent (a "prompt" or "workflow" listing) directly from your own code through the API. Every plan includes a monthly credit amount for that.
It resets to the new plan's monthly amount immediately, it doesn't add to what you had. Switching is prorated by Stripe for the money you're charged, but the credit wallet itself always reflects your current tier's allotment, not an accumulated total.
Your membership stays active, with full access, until the end of the billing period you already paid for. It only lapses after that, it's never cut off immediately on the day you cancel.
No. The active-listing limit only blocks adding new listings once you're at your plan's cap, it never removes agents you've already listed. If you're over the new lower limit, you simply can't add another until you're back under it.

No. Each renewal resets your credit balance to your plan's monthly amount, unused credits from the previous cycle don't carry over.
